What came first? The chicken or the sourdough? Hard to remember, but both of them jump started us on this sweet, chaotic farm life we are living today. Prior to moving to the middle of nowhere in 2021, my hopes and dreams were far from plants, baking, And farming. But God right!?!

Maybe it was the lack of city lights in the sky at night and fully being able to enjoy the stars, or maybe just the quiet mornings and bright sun shining through the windows every morning.. Country life definitely grew on us.

From chickens, to quail.. sourdough, gardening, rabbits, honey bees, sheep, and even mini horses for a short time. Genisis 2.15 really started becoming a reality for us. God gave us dominion over this world to guard it, to cultivate it. Whether we are teaching others that, living it out day to day, or providing you all with the fruits of those labors, we are here for the path God had put us on. And we are excited to see where that path leads us!
